Mr. Kiyoshi Kimura, president of the headquarters of Sushizanmai in Japan, said in an interview that he wanted to serve the best quality tuna to his customers.
The large belly 398 yen, the belly fat 298 yen, and the tuna sold are about 13g and 276kg tuna, making approximately 13,000 sushi.
