It is a half camera released in 1968 in 11 months, and is the last final version of Konica EYE released in 1964.

The first Konica EYE was equipped with HEXANON30mm F1.9, but EYE2 and EYE3 were equipped with 32mm F1.8.




EYE3 is the addition of a self-timer and shutter lock to EYE2.

It is almost the same as the structure of the Konica C35 released in 1968. The inner parts, around the Cds exposure meter, helicoids, and shutters are almost the same.

There is no rangefinder, but the distance information icon and shutter speed are displayed in the finder.
