Hello, this is IT Dr. Ho. Today, we will learn how to solve the square blue box error in Adobe Photoshop.


The Photoshop development team discovered a serious bug in the 23.4 release .


Currently, the new version update is blocked in the Creative Cloud Desktop app, and users who have updated it are recommended to reinstall the previous version, 23.3.2  . 

 





1. Open the Creative Cloud desktop app. (Select the   icon in your Windows taskbar or the macOS menu bar.)

2. Scroll down to the app you want to install and select the More actions icon  next to it.




3.In the drop-down list, select Other Versions.




4.In the list that appears, find the app version that you want to install, and select Install.
