The solution is simple. Let's solve it by referring to the picture below.


Close all Adobe programs first.





1. Move to the Windows standard C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe path.


Mac OS: \User\\Library\Application Support\Adobe Macs go to this path.
