Error Code 31 in Graphics Devices
Error Code 31 usually occurs due to driver-related issues. This error appears when Windows is unable to properly load the driver for the graphics card. It can be caused by a corrupted, outdated, or incompatible driver.
How to Fix Error Code 31:
Update the Graphics Card Driver:
Open Device Manager, locate your graphics card, right-click on it, and select "Update driver." You can either search for drivers automatically or download the latest version from the manufacturer’s website and install it manually.
Uninstall and Reinstall the Driver:
In Device Manager, uninstall the graphics card, then restart your computer. Windows will either automatically install a default driver or you can install the latest driver manually from the manufacturer’s website.

1. First, check your graphics card company.
2. How to check - Press Windows button + R on the keyboard. Then enter msinfo32 as shown in the picture and click OK.
3. When a screen like the picture above appears, select Component > Display and the graphics company will appear.

4. Now go to the graphics card company and download it.
